Can I still submit requests to TCBio?

Yes, you can. As it stands now, scheduled TCBio-meetings will continue (online).

Are signatures necessary on TCBio documents?

For new requests/changes ('amendments') the following applies: if relevant, sign the request form yourself (possibly with a scanned signature).

For other persons involved: confirmation by email suffices.

For responses: no signatures necessary.

Other persons involved are:

For sub-biobank release requests signatures are needed from the responsible person for the sub-biobank ('deelbiobank') and the division management team. They can suffice with confirmation by email, that are added to the request.

For release requests ('uitgifte aanvragen') besides the signature  of the responsible researcher,  signatures are required of the responsible person for the sub-biobank ('deelbiobank') and the division management team. The latter two can suffice with a confirmation by email, that are added to the request.
